§ 105.21 INJURY TO TREES.
   Unless specifically authorized by the Hammond Board of Park Commissioners, no person shall intentionally damage, cut, carve, transplant or remove any public tree, attach any wire, or nails, advertising posters or other contrivance to any public tree, allow any gaseous liquid or solid substance which is harmful to such trees to come in contact with them, or set fire to or allow to burn when such fire or heat will injure any portion of any public tree.
