§ 105.02 DUTY OF ENFORCEMENT.

It shall be the duty of the City of Hammond Park Department to enforce the provisions of this chapter and prosecutions by the city for violations hereof may be initiated by the Department, or by the Administrator of the Department through or in cooperation with the Law Department of the city.
