A court in civil action brought under this chapter of the Commission in an administrative hearing under § 104.41 may award reasonable attorney’s fees to the prevailing party and assess court costs against the nonprevailing party; however, under no circumstances shall costs, fees or other expenses be imposed upon the aggrieved.
