§ 34.035 ADMINISTRATION OF AIR POLLUTION REGULATION.
   The administration and enforcement of Chapter 90 and Chapter 97 shall be conducted by the Department of Air Pollution Control, which shall be headed by a Chief of Air Pollution Control.
