§ 104.01 POLICY; PURPOSE.

   It is the policy of the city to provide the following:

   (A)   To provide for fair housing practices in the city;

   (B)   To create a procedure for investigating and conciliating complaints of discriminatory housing practices; and

   (C)   To provide rights and remedies substantially equivalent to those granted under state and federal law.
