Any contractor or subcontractor performing the work identified herein shall file a certified payroll with the Common Council Office and the Building Commissioner. The certified payroll shall identify the name of each worker on the project, the worker’s classification, wage and fringe benefit package and the number of hours worked on each day on the project by the employee. Each certified payroll shall be filed within 30 days of the end of the employer’s weekly payroll period and shall be available to the public for inspection during regular working hours at the Common Council Office and the Building Commissioner.
