§ 34.017 OFFICERS, QUORUM AND VACANCIES.

The Air Pollution Control Board shall elect its own Chairperson and Secretary. A quorum shall consist of a majority of the members of the Board. It shall meet at the call of the Chairperson and all members shall serve without compensation. The Mayor shall appoint additional members to fill all vacancies.
