§ 34.015 APPOINTMENT BY MAYOR; PURPOSE.
   (A)   An Air Pollution Control Board shall be appointed by the Mayor.
   (B)   The Chief of Air Pollution Control may make recommendations to the Mayor for these appointments.
   (C)   The Board shall study the problem of air pollution control within the city and shall, from time to time, recommend to the Chief appropriate means of air pollution abatement, including needed additions to or revisions to Chapter 90.
