§ 96.156 EXEMPTIONS.

(A) A dwelling or rooming unit occupied by the owner of the property shall be exempt from the $5 annual fee, registration and requirement of a sticker to be displayed.

(B) A dwelling or rooming unit occupied by an immediate family member of the owner of the property shall be exempt from the $5 annual fee, registration and requirement of a sticker to be displayed, provided that the immediate family member pays no rent.
