§ 96.025 WINDOWS, DOORS AND HATCHWAYS.
   No dwelling or dwelling unit shall be deemed to comply with the requirements of this chapter unless the following conditions are met.
   (A)   Every window is fully supplied with window panes which are without open cracks or holes. Windows that are damaged or broken may be covered with plywood or other suitable material for a period of time not to exceed 90 days.
   (B)   Every window sash is in good condition and fits reasonably tight within its frame.
   (C)   Every window, other than fixed windows, is capable of being easily opened and held in open position by window hardware.
   (D)   Every exterior door, door hinge and door hatch is in good condition.
   (E)   Every exterior door, when closed, fits reasonably well within its frame.
   (F)   All windows and doors and their frames are constructed and maintained in a relation to wall construction as to completely exclude rain and to substantially exclude wind from entering the structure.
   (G)   Every basement hatchway is so constructed and maintained as to prevent the entrance of rodents, rain, and surface drainage water into the dwelling.
