(A) Every dwelling unit shall contain a kitchen sink in good working condition and properly connected to a water system and sewer system, if available, or to a septic tank system approved by the city.

(B) Each dwelling unit must have 1 single flush water closet, 1 single lavatory basin, and 1 single bathtub or shower and the water closet, lavatory basin and bathtub or shower shall be in good working condition and properly connected to a water and sewer system, if available, or, if no sewer is available, to a septic system approved by the city.

(C) Every kitchen sink, lavatory basin and bathtub or shower required under the provision of divisions (A) and (B) above, shall be properly connected with both hot and cold water lines.
