(A) The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Minimum Property Standards for Housing, 1994 Edition, including all subsequent revisions and updates, are hereby adopted and approved for the construction, alteration and repair of all one- and two-family dwelling units in the city and are made a part of this chapter as fully as though every word, clause, phrase, sentence, illustration, section and part thereof were set out herein.
(B) Two copies of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Minimum Property Standards for Housing, 1994 Edition, including all subsequent revisions and updates as of the effective date of this chapter, have been filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
