§ 95.38 REPORTS TO COMMON COUNCIL.
   It shall be the duty of the Board of Health at the first meeting of the Common Council in each month to substantially report a true copy of the record of the deaths and births of the preceding month which shall be read and filed with the records of the Common Council.
