§ 95.35 BIRTH REPORTS.
   (A)   All physicians, accoucheurs and midwives in the city are hereby required to report to the Secretary of the Board of Health of the city within 5 days thereafter, all births which may occur in their practice and it shall be unlawful for any physician, accoucheur or midwife to fail, refuse or neglect to within that time report all births.
   (B)   Whenever any birth occurs that no physician, accoucheur, or midwife attends, the birth shall be reported to the Secretary of the Board of Health within 5 days thereafter by the householder under whose observation the birth may occur. It shall be unlawful for any householder to fail, refuse or neglect to make this report.
   (C)   Any person required to report any birth shall, in addition to the fact of the birth, report the sex and race of the person born and the name and nativity of the parents, if known.
