§ 95.23 RECORDS TO BE KEPT.

(A) It shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Board of Health to record all returns of contagious and infectious diseases in a book to be provided for that purpose.

(B) It shall be unlawful for the Secretary to fail, refuse or neglect to keep these records.
