§ 32.35 POWERS AND DUTIES OF MEMBERS.

The powers and duties of the members of the city’s Police Department shall be regulated by I.C. 36-8-4-1 et seq., the rules and regulations of the city’s Police Department and all general orders of the Police Department as approved and authorized by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
