§ 32.22 DISCHARGE OR SUSPENSION.
   All disciplinary actions regarding suspension, demotion or discharge shall be taken in accordance with I.C. 36-8-3-4 and the city’s Police Department rules and regulations as approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
