(A) Sections of I.C. 22-11-14-1 through 22-11-14-10, Regulation of Fireworks by Fire Marshal, are incorporated herein by reference as fully as if set out at length herein.
(B) As is provided by I.C. 22-11-14-9, the state’s Fire Marshal is responsible for the enforcement of I.C. Ch. 22-11-14. The only local enforcement possible for I.C. Ch. 22-11-14 must be by the ex officio Assistant State Fire Marshal, the Chief of the city’s Fire Department.
