The City Controller shall keep a separate register in which shall be made an entry of each permit issued to any person under the provisions of this subchapter. The register shall set forth the name of the license, the place of business, the date of the issuance of the license and the maximum amount of explosives or loaded shells or cartridges or percussion caps or primers permitted to be kept by the terms of the license permit.
