§ 32.07 MERIT SYSTEM.
   (A)   The Common Council hereby establishes a police merit system pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 36-8-3.5.
   (B)   This section adopts and incorporates by reference the provisions of I.C. 36-8-3.5-1 through I.C. 36-8-3.5-23.
