§ 90.124 PROSECUTION OF VIOLATIONS.

The issuance by the Chief of the Air Pollution Control Department of any installation permit or certificate of operation shall not be held to exempt the person to whom the permit or certificate was issued or who is in possession of the permit or certificate from prosecution for the emission of air contaminants prohibited by this chapter.
