§ 90.075 DURATION OF PERMIT.
   If construction, installation, reconstruction or alteration is not completed within 1 year of the date of the installation permit, the permit shall become void and all fees shall be forfeited, unless an extension of time is warranted and granted by the Chief of the Department of Air Pollution Control.
