(A) Where reference is made in this chapter to the standards or recommended practices of national technical societies, associations or other organizations, the information shall form and be considered an integral part of this chapter in the same manner and extent as if fully reproduced herein. Not less than 2 copies of the standards or recommended practices of technical societies, associations or other organizations shall be kept on file at all times in the offices of the Chief and of the City Clerk and shall be available for inspection by the public.

(B) (1) The state’s Air Pollution Control Board regulations are incorporated into this chapter by reference and made a part of this chapter.
(2) Two copies of the regulations are filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
