(A) No person shall park any vehicle on any street described in this schedule whenever there is 1 inch or more of snow on the street, until the snow is removed.

(B) A person charged with parking on a designated snow removal street shall be towed away under the direction of the Police Department, and shall be impounded in a city garage or a privately owned garage, as designated by the Chief of Police. A notice shall be mailed by registered mail to the registered owner if the vehicle is not claimed within 3 days.
