§ 30.53 COUNCIL OFFICES.
   The offices of the Common Council shall consist of the Common Council Chambers, Room 209, the Common Council Caucus Room, Room 205, and the small hallway connecting the foregoing 2 rooms. The Common Council Caucus Room, Room 205, is the private office of the Common Council and shall not be used by any person other than a member of the Common Council or an employee of the Common Council and entry to the same shall be prohibited except by invitation of a member or employee of the Common Council, except that matters concerning routine maintenance, repairs and the like may be conducted by appropriate personnel. The Caucus Room, Room 205, shall be open to the public 30 minutes prior to the commencement of any meeting of the Common Council and at all times in which a Committee of the Common Council is conducting a meeting in such Caucus Room.
