§ 30.50 COPY OF PENAL ORDINANCES TO BE DELIVERED TO POLICE CHIEF.
   Whenever any ordinance which provides a penalty for the violation thereof is passed by the Common Council, approved by the Mayor, and published according to law, it shall then be the duty of the City Clerk to deliver immediately to the Chief of Police a certified copy of that ordinance in the form in which it was so passed, approved and published.
