§ 30.48 VOTE ON FINAL PASSAGE.
   (A)   The vote on the final passage of any ordinance or resolution shall be by calling the roll and recording the ayes and nays.
   (B)   Any 2 Council members may demand the ayes and nays be taken on any question or motion, and when so demanded, the question shall be put and recorded.
