§ 51.222 DISCONNECTION.
   Whenever a violation of the provisions of this chapter are of a nature as to constitute an immediate clear and present danger to the sewer system or to the health or safety of the inhabitants of the district or city, the district or city may summarily disconnect any sewer connections with its sewer system. No connection shall be reestablished unless the cost of discontinuance is paid to the district or the city, together with the cost of any damage to the sewerage system caused by the violation
