§ 51.210 COPIES OF REPORTS TO BE PROVIDED TO COMMON COUNCIL.

   The Sanitary District shall provide 11 copies of the following reports to the Common Council:

   (A)   All Board minutes and other memoranda or writing required by the Indiana Open Door Law (I.C. 5-14-1.5) as they are prepared;

   (B)   Financial and operational reports on at least a quarterly basis; and

   (C)   Detailed quarterly reports of the status of the following projects: the South Hohman sewer separation and pump station project; the East Gate area of Hessville relief project; the project to provide relief to that area of Hessville more or less bounded by Kennedy Avenue on the east, the Danville Railroad on the west, the Borman Expressway on the south and 173rd Street on the north; and the project to provide relief in that area of Hessville more or less bounded by Kennedy Avenue on the west, Parrish Avenue on the east, 173rd Street on the north and 175th Street on the south.
