§ 10.01 TITLE OF CODE.
   (A)   The ordinances embraced in the following chapters and sections shall constitute and be designated as “The Code of Ordinances of the City of Hammond, Indiana,” and may be so cited.
   (B)   This code may also be cited as the “Hammond City Code.”
