§ 51.197 JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS.
   The POTW may seek judicial relief from the violation of this chapter in a court of competent jurisdiction for the appropriate legal and/or equitable relief, rather than proceed under §§ 51.105 through 51.107. Judicial relief may be sought for the violation of any section of this chapter.
