No compliance schedule can project a compliance date which is beyond the date established by a categorical standard. Discontinuation of service shall result if the compliance schedule is not met.
(B) The schedules shall be levied under the signatures of the pretreatment coordinator and an authorized representative of the industrial user.
(C) Compliance schedules shall include the following:
(1) Date when Engineer is hired;
(2) Date when preliminary plans will be complete;
(3) Date when final plans will be submitted;
(4) Date when contracts will be executed;
(5) Date when construction will commence;
(6) Date when construction will be complete;
(7) Date of final compliance; and
(8) Delayed compliance penalty. Each compliance schedule shall have a statement that if the user fails to meet any date of the compliance schedule, the District may consider the user in violation and seek the appropriate action to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
