(A) Surveillance of minor contributors will be conducted semi-annually, or at a frequency deemed necessary by the pretreatment coordinator, to verify that prohibited discharges do not occur. An annual inspection of the facility will be conducted to document any changes in the manufacturing process or service activity provided at the facility.
(B) The inspection will determine any changes in product mix, types or quantity of materials handled, spill containment and waste material disposal, and any other change which may affect the nature of characteristics of the wastewater discharged.
(C) The costs of the surveillance survey will be billed to the contributor according to § 51.083.
(D) The cost of the annual inspection will be included in the annual fee according to the schedule in § 51.081.
