All laboratory procedures used in the examination of industrial wastes shall be those set forth in Title 40 C.F.R. part 136, and paragraph 505 above. However, alternative methods for certain analysis of industrial wastes may be used subject to the Superintendent provided they meet federal requirements as set forth in Title 40 C.F.R. part 136 and paragraph 505 above.
