Plans, specifications and other pertinent information relating to proposed preliminary treatment and processing facilities shall be submitted to the POTW for examination and no construction of the facilities shall begin until the POTW has given its review and issues its approval within 60 calendar days after submission. The approval shall not exempt the person from the obligation to make further reasonable adaptations of the facilities when the adaptations prove necessary to secure the contemplated results. Plans, specifications and other pertinent information shall also be submitted to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management for approval in accordance with Title 327 I.A.C. 3.
