Grease, oil, sand and other interceptors shall be provided in accordance with the terms and provisions of the state’s Uniform Plumbing Code, § 708. All interceptors shall be of a type and capacity approved by the Superintendent and shall be located so as to be readily and easily accessible for cleaning and inspection.
