§ 51.038 UNLAWFUL DEPOSITS ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit or permit to be deposited in any unsanitary manner on public or private property any animal or human excrement, garbage, industrial waste or other objectionable waste which can directly or indirectly enter the sanitary district sewer system.
