(A) Industrial users must notify the District, the EPA, and IDEM of any listed or characteristic hazardous waste present at their facility. This is a 1-time notification requirement, as specified by the reporting requirements of Title 40 C.F.R. § 403.12(p).
(B) Industrial users must promptly notify the District in advance of substantial changes in volume or character of discharges, including changes in any listed or characteristic RCRA hazardous wastes discharged to the District.
