§ 30.20 ROBERT’S RULES OF ORDER.
   Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised, 11th Edition, shall govern the conduct of the business of the Common Council and its members, in all cases where they are applicable and not inconsistent with the other provisions of this chapter.
