(A) Where the POTW achieves consistent removal of pollutants limited by Federal Pretreatment Standards, the POTW may apply to IDEM and U.S. EPA to modify specific limits in the Federal Pretreatment Standards.
(B) CONSISTENT REMOVAL shall be defined according to the procedures set forth in § 403.7 of (Title 40 C.F.R. part 403) - “General Pretreatment Regulations for Existing and New Sources of Pollution” - promulgated pursuant to the Act.
