§ 51.021 SPECIFIC POLLUTANT LIMITATIONS.
   No person shall discharge wastewater containing in excess of the following concentrations at the point(s) where such wastewater enters the sewage system based upon a flow-proportioned sample, which accurately represents the daily discharge from an industrial user.
