§ 30.08 PAYMENT FOR COUNCIL CELL PHONES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No city funds of any kind may be used to pay for cellular phones used by any member of the Common Council of the city.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of every member of the Common Council who has a cellular phone paid for by the city to turn in the cellular phone and to cooperate in every way in terminating the cellular phone contract.
