§ 30.07 RESTRICTIONS OF CELLULAR PHONES DURING COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   Any person who is present in the Common Council Chambers while the Common Council is conducting a meeting must have any and all cellular phones, pagers, or electronic devices on vibrate or silent mode. Any person wishing to receive or make a phone call shall leave the Council Chambers in order to do so.
