§ 117.008 HOURS OF OPERATION; DRIVE-INS.

The licensee shall serve no person upon the premises of a drive-in restaurant any food, frozen dessert, or beverage in a motor vehicle Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. On Friday and Saturday, the hours shall be between 12:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
