§ 107.08 PENALTIES FOR FALSE, DECEPTIVE, OR FRAUDULENT STATEMENTS/INFORMATION.

Any bidder or subcontractor that willfully makes, or willfully causes to be made, a false, deceptive or fraudulent statement, or willfully submits false, deceptive or fraudulent information in connection with any submission made to the city shall be disqualified from bidding or working on all city projects for a period of 3 years upon a determination by the Board of Contractors.
