§ 30.05 CITY RADIO PROVIDED TO EACH COUNCILPERSON.
   (A)   Each Councilperson who requests 1 shall be given a city radio with all channels that can both transmit and receive.
   (B)   These radios shall be tied into the city radio system.
   (C)   The Chief of Police shall be responsible for providing the requested working equipment.
