Each and every public agency of the city as that term is defined in I.C. 5-14-1.5-2, including but not limited to the Board of Public Works and Safety, the Equal Employment Opportunity Committee, the Park Board, the Recreation Commission, the Water Board, the Housing Authority, the Hammond Sanitary District, the Human Relations Commission, the Redevelopment Commission, the Plan Commission, the Board of Zoning Appeals and the Economic Development Commission shall provide the Common Council in care of the City Clerk with 11 copies of all minutes, agendas and other memoranda or writing required by the Indiana Open Door Law, I.C. 5-14-1.5, as they are prepared.
