For the purpose of making certain the meaning and intent of this chapter is fulfilled, reference is hereby made to I.C. 8-1.5-3-4, 8-1.5-3-5 and 8-1.5-4-1 et seq., and these sections shall be deemed to be a part of this chapter as fully and completely as if they were physically incorporated into this chapter.
