§ 110.35 INTENTIONAL FALSE ALARMS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly, intentionally, and without just cause activate a security alarm to notify the Police or Fire Department in situations where there is no actual or threatened emergency or criminal activity, for notification of which the security alarm system is designed.
