§ 110.33 EFFECT OF REVOCATION.

(A) If the alarm user does not appeal the revocation decision of the Records Supervisor or if the Board of Works and Safety affirms the revocation decision of the Records Supervisor, the alarm user, upon receipt of notice of revocation, shall immediately discontinue use of the alarm system.

(B) An alarm user whose permit has been revoked may apply for a new user’s permit as provided in § 110.20.
